500 Series Open Heart Design
With the same amazing open heart design than 300 and 400 Series
The 500 is dedicated to high throughput and big plastic parts or long profile.
500 Series is available in 3 models with cutter house from 24'' x 24'' or x 36'' or x 48''
And a maximum throughput of 1200Kg/ hr.
The double scissor cut knives design , allowed us to use
lower HP motors reducing energy consumption.
Added to several options such as 3 or 4 bed knives instead of 2,
a secondary Flywheel, you can make your production at a lower cost than competition !
The idea behing open heart design is to reduce downtime, production
changes, knives changes. Following the same idea, we offer a fixture
to adjust the knives outside of the machine !
