The Kongskilde Air Wash system is specially designed to eliminate up to 95% of the dust in your pellets.
It's patented system adjusts the air flow and therefore manages the level of cleaning of your recycled material. Dust is routed through a new generation filter system and barrels, a tilting container is optional for convenient disposition of dust.
A rotary valve at the bottom of the cyclone directs the cleaned material into your gaylord.
Lutek can also install a magnet and a metal detector there to eliminate ferrous and non-ferrous coontaminous.
Lutek has also developed its own unique control with which to control with which to manage the boot sequences, downstream equipment, such as conveyors, granulators, blowers, rotary valves and others, as needed.
Everything is installed by our technical team and we can also modify your actual equipment .
This system can be installed on existing equipment or on a new granulator.
